Assessment & Psychology Support for Adults

Anna offers professional adult psychology services. She provides professional psychological assessment and therapy in a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.

While Anna's practice is deeply rooted in supporting children and adolescents, her knowledge extends to adults. She is particularly interested in providing assessment/diagnostic services for adults referred for, or querying, autism spectrum disorder and/or ADHD diagnoses in themselves. She also provides short-term therapy for adults presenting with anxiety and low-level mild depression. Social skills are provided for adults seeking support in navigating social situations.

Psychological Assessment & Diagnosis for Adults

For many adults, understanding the root of longstanding difficulties is an important first step towards meaningful change. We conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify and clarify concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and other mental health conditions. A formal diagnosis provides valuable insight and forms the foundation of a targeted, personalised treatment plan.
